Meeting Instagramers around 700 photos # comparteixlleida

The Instagramers Lleida who participated in the activity #comparteixlleida found this afternoon as part of the World Internet Day. The proposal, sponsored by #igerslleida and the Town Council, invited everyone to upload photos with the hashtag mentioned during the festival. Got more than 700 images, including the best chosen. The appointment was at Gilda Bar, an establishment smart/2.0. The photos can be seen in www.paeria.es/comparteixlleida

The event was attended by the Deputy Mayor and Councillor Technologies, Montse Minguez, and the Councillor for Tourism, Felix Larrosa. The meeting is part of the activities of Lleida City Council has organized around the World Internet Day which is celebrated every 17th of May. As part of the session, #igerslleida offer two lectures open to everyone. Esther Gatnau talk about Instagram Basic and Xavier Corners explain how to improve photos through apps.

Actions with Instagram Lleida continue throughout the year, to promote the attractions of the city through the images on the Internet, according to the operational plan of Tourism of Lleida in 2013.

#igerslleida together near 870 Lleida Instagram users have uploaded over 32,000 photos on the web with this tag. Instagram is a free application that lets you share photos and has over 100 million users worldwide.
