The new Municipal Office of Citizen Attention is taking place on Rambla de Ferran, 32, which doubles its area of citizen attention.

331 people will be ateses ahir in the first day of overture to the public of the nova seu of the Municipal Office of Atenció Ciutadana (OMAC), which will work with full normalitat.

 

The Mayor of Lleida, Angel Ros, accompanied by the Mayor of Montse Mínguez and Joan Gómez, has visited the New Year to highlight that "the dependence will contribute, together with the Museum of Morera and the final development of the de l'Estació, incloent the nova estació d'autobusos, to revitalize and donate life to the Rambla Ferran ".

 

During the visit to nova seu, the Mayor Ros explained that "amb les noves dependancies is milloren clearly instal·lacions, doblant l'espai d'atenció ciutadana i augmentant the public attention staff". Les noves instal·lacions, together with the tràmit of citation prèvia in what s'està treballant, permetran to reduce the temps d'espera i les cues ".

 

A total of 61,000 ciutadans realizen face-to-face different tipus de tràmits each to l'OMAC, a mitjana d'unes 227 people diàries. Note that the personal attention is not the only channel to attend the city. To the gestures presencials are added the gestions per internet and the telephone attentions -actualment is realizen 330.000 annual tràmits of way on-line and 28.000 telefonical tricks.
